I sing of happy endings
on a bright and summer day
I sing of sunshine
when the rain won't go away
I sing of warmth
when it is snowing outside
I sing of confidence
when I don't want to hide
I sing of love
when I am feeling alone
I sing of family
when I am missing home
I like the optimism of this piece, of finding the good to sing about even when a situation is sad or challenging.
